I'm the founder of Flex Food Life.

and an online nutrition coach for women who are tired of dieting but still want results.

I believe in vulnerability, courage and doing things differently. That belief comes from my own journey.

I spent years stuck in the same cycle many women know all too well. I was an overweight child, then from my teens I chased every diet that promised control, confidence or a quick fix. I’d lose weight, gain it back, then start again Monday.

Over and over.

What finally changed everything wasn’t another diet. It was realising just how over-complicated and restrictive we’ve made nutrition, especially for women.

That realisation is why Flex Food Life exists.

Today, I help women step away from rigid food rules, ditch the “eat less and move more” mindset, and learn how to fuel their bodies in a way that supports their metabolism, hormones, lifestyle and mental health.

I’ve helped over 80 women move out of years of frustration and food guilt, replacing restriction with structure, flexibility and confidence. Yes, that includes enjoying cake without apologising for it.

Flex Food Life is for women who want sustainable fat loss, better energy and a healthier relationship with food, without giving up their favourite meals or living on a diet.

I hold a Certificate in Performance Nutrition Coaching (Level 1) from the Clean Health Fitness Institute and continue to build my expertise through the Nutritional Coaching Institute (NCI) and currently studying through Vast Fitness to be a qualified nutritionist.

This is the approach I wish I had learned years earlier. And it’s the one I’m proud to share with you now.
